Important information about solar lamps:
Solar lamps work best when exposed to direct sunlight, although they also charge in normal daylight during the bright months. Solar lamps are designed to create a cozy atmosphere and not as primary lighting like ordinary outdoor lamps. When you buy multiple solar lights, you can't expect them to light up for the same amount of time, as various factors can affect charging.
When charging for the first time, leave the solar lamp on for 36 hours:

Turn on the solar lamp in the morning and let it charge all day.

Continue this cycle until it has had 36 hours of sunlight (without using the light).
